Account Manager / Sales (High Volume)

Job Description

We are seeking someone with a sales or customer service background, that is constantly working to improve themselves and their company in the process.
Responsibilities:

• Book Freight from assigned customers
• Manage assigned customers and carriers
• Negotiate rates with customers and carriers
• Find available carriers, assign carriers to freight
• Dispatch and track loads through entire process
• Generate business leads
• Acquire new customers and increase loads with existing customers

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
