Description : Tier 2/3 helpdesk support for field technicians using wireless connections with Windows laptops, Apple iPhones & iPads, and peripherals including printers and docking stations.
Remote support of Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, iOS. Support for PC hardware, Apple iPads and iPhones and other emerging technologies as identified. Resolution of blue screen errors and security issues. Support for/with MobileIron or comparable Enterprise Mobile Device Management tools. Support of wireless connectivity including dropped calls, modems and VPN. Support for Exchange Active Sync (EAS). Printer support. RSA token support. Qualifications

Imaging/Deployment/Troubleshooting IP Networking Field service experience Customer service Effective Time management / Needs to be able to work independently and in a team environment. Good Oral and written communications skills. Local candidates only - not a remote or virtual position Flexible work hours, possible OT. Daily driving to various locations. Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to carry / lift 50-75 lbs. Required: MVR check must be conducted. Candidate required to be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National
