Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
Shared coverage of two Level II NICUs :
- Orange Park Medical Center - 10-bed NICU
- Memorial Medical Center - 10-bed NICU
Care for infants 30 weeks+ or 1250g+ , following Florida Level II guidelines
Work as part of a highly collegial team :
- 6 Neonatologists
- 1 Pediatrician
- 16 Advanced Practice Providers
APPs provide night and weekend in-house coverage , with neonatologists on home call
Providers also participate in normal newborn care in partnership with pediatricians
Practice at one of the two hospital systems?no cross-city commuting
