UNC Health Pardee is seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established practice with an experienced provider, offering the support of a hospitalist program and the resources of the UNC Health System.

Position Summary

This is a full-time, employed opportunity for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician. You’ll join a thriving outpatient practice with a strong referral network, system-wide collaboration, and a supportive environment focused on high-quality care.

Practice Highlights:

• Monday–Friday outpatient schedule

• Hospitalist program manages all admissions and inpatient care

• After-hours triage service for nights, weekends, and holidays

• Epic EMR across the clinic

• FQHC status and NHSC-approved site

• Internal Medicine experience required
