The Role: Leading a team of Meeting and Events Sales Executives, you will be responsible for promoting the Meeting and Events facilities to prospective clients and will oversee all contact for co-ordinating their events. This is a customer facing role, so you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and have a real drive to always deliver the best possible service. Our Meetings and Events teams are all about exceeding the customer's expectations and giving attention to the smallest details. There will be an elevated level of telephone communication and an administrative element to the role as well, so you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisation skills and strong commercial awareness. Communication is key - you will speak to the operational hotel teams on a daily basis, making sure the event information is clear, detailed, and above all, exceeds our clients expectations!
