Position Overview

MCB DME is seeking a motivated Sales Representative specializing in compression therapy to support the growth of our lymphedema and compression garment services. This role focuses on developing relationships with physicians, therapists, wound care clinics, and healthcare facilities to educate providers on compression treatment options and facilitate patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, wound care clinics, and vascular specialists
• Educate referral sources on lymphedema compression pumps, compression garments, and related DME solutions
• Support referral sources by providing product education and service information
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and service delivery
• Track referral activity and maintain
