- Unload and receive incoming inventory accurately.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report as necessary.
- Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick items according to order specifications with speed and precision.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, free from hazards.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
