In this role, you will be a key contributor to our warehouse operations, assisting with a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. This is a dynamic position that requires individuals who are reliable, organized, and comfortable with physical work, including regular lifting of items. We are committed to providing a safe workplace; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. - Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stage orders for shipment and load delivery vehicles.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and location management.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Follow all safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and PPE.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
