We are looking for enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our **logistics** hub in Tampa, Florida! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to maintaining a **safe** and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse inventory using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify order details against products picked to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including appropriate packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent picking and proper stock handling.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards, adhering to all **safety** protocols.
- Properly use all required **PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals for order fulfillment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse fulfillment, order picking, or packing is highly desirable.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and **lift** items up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing.
- Understanding of warehouse **logistics** and fulfillment processes.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
