Become a key player in our Distribution Center as a Distribution Center Associate in Durham, North Carolina! This dynamic role involves a variety of tasks critical to the smooth operation of our logistics network. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every step. We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive environment. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to our ability to meet customer demands effectively. Safety is our highest priority, and all associates must strictly follow established safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires physical capability, including significant Lifting and standing for extended periods. We value individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to contribute to the success of our distribution center and overall logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Sort, organize, and store merchandise efficiently.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Employ safe Lifting techniques when handling products.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our distribution center logistics.
