Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington! This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, handling a variety of tasks that contribute to our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. The ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment is essential. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, utilizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and collaborating with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets. Understanding and adhering to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is a non-negotiable aspect of this position. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves significant walking, standing, and lifting. We foster a collaborative atmosphere where every team member's contribution is valued, and we encourage proactive participation in improving our processes. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and order lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Process shipments using shipping software and prepare labels.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory, verifying quantities and product information.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and shipping areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize proper Lifting techniques when handling packages and materials.
- Support overall warehouse logistics and contribute to team goals.
