Our Richmond, Virginia facility is looking for energetic Warehouse Workers to join our dedicated team! As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of essential tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. This includes loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You'll be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately. We place a high priority on safety, and all employees are expected to strictly follow safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and into warehouse storage.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize inventory and stock items in designated locations.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Perform inventory counts as required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and cleaning.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Awareness of safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
