In this role, you will be at the forefront of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanning devices or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Process returns and restock inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality goals.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow all safety guidelines, including PPE usage.
