Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced logistics center in Portland, Oregon, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the distribution center, including picking products from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing outgoing orders. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure order accuracy. You'll work with state-of-the-art warehouse management systems and collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals. Maintaining a safe and organized workspace is a top priority; adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting and moving of packages, so a good level of physical fitness is required. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
  • Label and stage outgoing shipments.
  • Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and use of PPE.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics setting.
