We are looking for dedicated individuals to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently within our fast-paced logistics facility. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of products. Your main responsibility will be to navigate the warehouse, locate specified items using an order sheet or scanner, and ensure that picked products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the physical capability to perform the job duties, which include regular bending, stooping, reaching, and Lifting up to 50 lbs. You will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of picked items, reporting any discrepancies, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Adherence to all company policies, particularly those concerning warehouse safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. - Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Utilize scanning devices or pick lists to identify and retrieve products.
- Verify product information and quantities for accuracy.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, reaching, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Contribute to meeting team productivity and accuracy goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards and wearing required PPE.
