Join our thriving distribution center in Atlanta, Georgia, as a Warehouse Associate. We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role involves a wide range of duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be an integral part of our **logistics** team, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all associates are expected to adhere to strict **safety** guidelines and utilize required **PPE**. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock merchandise in designated locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Perform inventory cycle counts as required.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all **safety** regulations and wear appropriate **PPE**.
- Contribute to the seamless execution of **logistics** tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor, including **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and proper use of **PPE**.
- Basic understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
