The ideal candidate will possess excellent operating skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to perform tasks involving precise material handling. While primarily operating equipment, this role may also involve occasional Lifting of lighter items. Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve inventory
- Ensure accurate placement of pallets in racking systems
- Perform daily pre-operation checks on reach truck equipment
- Assist with inventory counts and placement verification
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Collaborate with other warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating a reach truck
- Valid reach truck certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to wearing PPE
