Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic Pickers/Packers to join our growing distribution center in Seattle, Washington. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and attention to detail are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our **logistics** department. Duties include using scanning devices to locate and pick items, verifying order accuracy, and packing products securely and appropriately for transit. This role involves constant movement throughout the warehouse, including **lifting** and carrying items. We maintain a strong focus on **safety**, and all team members are required to follow established procedures and wear **PPE** at all times. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
  • Use RF scanners and other technology to track inventory and orders.
  • Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
  • Label packages correctly for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station.
  • Adhere strictly to all **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
  • Meet daily picking and packing targets.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform **lifting** of items up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of **logistics** and order fulfillment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Commitment to workplace **safety**.
