We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods through our logistics network. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. A strong commitment to safety, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Stage orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational targets.
- Identify and report any operational issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
