As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that our customers receive their orders efficiently. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety, and all employees are required to adhere to safety regulations and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to perform consistent lifting, and a dedication to teamwork. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with shipping preparations and loading of trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and organization.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Perform tasks requiring regular physical exertion and lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support other warehouse functions as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and order forms.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations is beneficial.
