We are seeking dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our fast-paced logistics operations in New York City, New York. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a wide range of duties critical to the efficient functioning of our warehouse. This includes receiving and put-away of goods, order picking and packing, and preparing shipments for delivery. Your role is essential in ensuring that our products reach our customers accurately and on time. Safety is our top priority, and all associates must strictly follow Safety procedures and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We are looking for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and possess a strong work ethic. You will be part of a supportive team that values efficiency and attention to detail. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Picking and packing orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Operating various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Loading and unloading trailers.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all Safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting and physical exertion.
- Understanding of general warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Meeting productivity targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Participating in inventory counts and other warehouse initiatives.
