Responsibilities:
- Identify and retrieve correct items from inventory using order pick lists or scanners.
- Pack products securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
- Comply with all company safety regulations and guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
- Support inventory management through accurate picking and reporting.
Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain focused.
- Must be able to handle frequent lifting, with maximum weight up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication abilities.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
