Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Washington, D.C. as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our e-commerce operations by efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is vital to our customer satisfaction, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time. You will work as part of a team to manage the flow of goods and contribute to the overall success of our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using a handheld scanner or other designated equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging packages.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Follow all Lifting guidelines and report any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and efficiency in logistics operations.
Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is key. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential. Understanding and adhering to safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and safe Lifting practices, is required. This is an excellent opportunity to enter the logistics industry.
