Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Virginia Beach, Virginia! In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. From receiving and stocking inventory to picking and packing orders, your contributions will be vital to our success. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain accurate inventory levels.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Strong commitment to safety and following instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
