We are looking for a meticulous and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records. Your duties will include cycle counting, investigating discrepancies, performing audits, and ensuring that all inventory data is up-to-date and precise. This position is vital to our Logistics operations, directly impacting order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable. While this role may involve some Lifting of items up to 30 pounds, the primary focus is on accuracy and administrative tasks. Adherence to all Safety regulations and the proper use of PPE , such as safety glasses and gloves, is expected during any physical tasks.
