We are looking for energetic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our Kansas City, Missouri team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution center. You will be involved in various warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and loading/unloading goods. A strong commitment to safety and efficiency is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of goods within the logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
