We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama! This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operations of our logistics facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and loading/unloading materials. Physical stamina, reliability, and a strong commitment to workplace safety are key requirements for this role. You'll be an integral part of our warehouse operations, ensuring goods are handled properly and efficiently. We value teamwork and a positive attitude. Full compliance with safety procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE, is mandatory. This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift and move heavy items.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Pick and fill orders according to requests.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- This position requires frequent lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Physical strength and ability to handle heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
