You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. This position is vital for maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload materials from trucks.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick items accurately based on order sheets.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
- Conduct basic quality checks on goods.
- Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse efficiency.
- This role involves regular lifting up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to perform tasks that require manual labor, including lifting.
