We are seeking an efficient and motivated Order Picker to join our growing logistics team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Utilizing handheld scanners or pick sheets, you will navigate the warehouse to retrieve the correct products and quantities. Accuracy, speed, and a keen eye for detail are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize errors. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment and must strictly adhere to all safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting, bending, and reaching, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Use RF scanners to locate and verify items.
- Ensure correct quantities are picked for each order.
- Inspect items for damage before moving them to the packing station.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Perform regular lifting and movement of goods.
