Join our growing logistics operation as an Order Picker in Charlotte, North Carolina! This role is critical to our fulfillment process, focusing on accurately and efficiently gathering items to fulfill customer orders. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse using a pick list or scanner, locating the correct products, and preparing them for packing and shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a physically active environment, and understands the importance of speed and accuracy in logistics. We are committed to a safe working environment and expect all team members to follow strict safety guidelines, including the appropriate use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders or pick lists.
- Use RF scanners or other technology to track picked items and update inventory.
- Verify product information (SKU, quantity) to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked orders in designated areas for quality control and packing.
- Assist with organizing and replenishing stock in picking zones.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and picking path.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred. Must be comfortable with frequent Lifting of items up to 35 pounds. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. A strong commitment to Safety is a must for this role.
