Our growing logistics company is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your efforts are vital to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain. We are committed to your well-being and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including regular lifting and movement of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming merchandise, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the overall goals of our logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately, both written and verbal.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Awareness of workplace safety and the importance of using PPE.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic math skills.
- Understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
