Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of products through our supply chain, ensuring customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, which includes supplying all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves regular physical activity, including significant lifting and moving of items. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and deadlines.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
