We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to contribute to our growing operations in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse management, including receiving inbound shipments, stocking inventory, picking orders, packing goods for shipment, and loading/unloading trucks. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment is paramount. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will be a crucial link in our logistics network, ensuring that products are handled with care and efficiency. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is strictly enforced. Candidates must be capable of regular lifting of items up to 40 lbs and possess knowledge of proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries. Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus, though training will be provided.
