Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Inventory Clerk to join our bustling warehouse operations in Dallas, Texas. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our logistics network. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a structured environment, this position might be perfect for you. You will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting with receiving and put-away processes. Safety is paramount in our warehouse, and you will be trained on proper procedures and provided with all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Tasks may involve moderate Lifting of inventory items. A solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems is beneficial. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist with the receiving and put-away of incoming inventory.
  • Maintain organized storage of materials and finished goods.
  • Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Generate reports on inventory levels and stock movements.
  • Identify and report damaged goods.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and WMS.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry.
  • Capability to handle moderate Lifting of boxes and equipment up to 30 pounds.
  • Understanding of Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
