Join our growing logistics team in Boise, Idaho, as a Warehouse Associate! This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving the handling and management of goods within our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Adherence to all Safety regulations and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and Safety-compliant work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall logistics function.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to wear and use all required PPE.
