We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is fundamental to our warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. A strong commitment to safety and operational excellence is required. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to handle consistent Lifting, and a meticulous approach to tasks. As part of our logistics team, you will help maintain the flow of goods and contribute to overall productivity. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Store and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Pick items for orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper handling and labeling.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and aisles.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize required PPE, including safety vests and steel-toed boots.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of workplace safety and the importance of PPE.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory control is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
