We are seeking diligent Picker/Packers for our warehouse in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory and preparing them for shipment, playing a key part in our logistics operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be organized, have a keen eye for detail, and possess the physical stamina required to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or electronic devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details before packing.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Consistent use of all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets, product labels, and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to use all designated PPE.
