Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using order sheets and scanning equipment.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Package products securely to prevent damage during transit, following company standards.
- Process shipments, affixing correct labels and preparing documentation.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Identify and report any issues related to inventory, equipment, or safety to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is a significant advantage.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Dedicated to workplace safety and following all established procedures.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
