Get ready to pick and pack your way to success in Sacramento, California! We're searching for energetic Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary duties will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, carefully packing items for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You'll also assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment. A strong commitment to safety is a must, and you will be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all warehouse safety guidelines. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting items up to 40 pounds. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and can maintain a high level of productivity. Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar logistics role is beneficial, but we provide thorough training.
