We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials, load and unload trucks, and assist with inventory management within our **Logistics** operations. You will ensure that all materials are handled with care and transported to their designated locations accurately. This position requires a deep understanding of forklift operation, including pre-operation inspections, proper maneuvering techniques, and load stabilization. **Safety** is paramount, and you will be expected to strictly adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including the proper use of **PPE** such as safety vests, hard hats, and steel-toed boots. The ability to perform tasks that involve **Lifting** and maneuvering heavy loads is a key requirement. You will also be involved in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, reporting any equipment malfunctions, and assisting other team members as needed. A valid forklift certification is required.
