Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage products for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a focus on safety.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times while in the warehouse.
- Support team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all safety guidelines.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
This position requires physical stamina and a diligent approach to tasks. You will be an integral part of our distribution network. Understanding of Material Handling is advantageous.
