- Reading order sheets and accurately identifying products to be picked.
- Utilizing handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory and order progress.
- Navigating the warehouse to locate and retrieve specified items.
- Verifying the accuracy of picked items against order details to minimize errors.
- Consolidating picked items and preparing them for packing or staging.
- Maintaining an organized and clean picking area.
- Adhering to all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Wearing and using required PPE correctly.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily picking quotas and support overall warehouse goals.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
This role requires individuals to be on their feet for extended periods, involving walking, bending, and reaching. The ability to lift and move packages of varying weights, up to 50 pounds, is necessary. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide comprehensive training on safe practices, including proper lifting techniques and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
