Job Summary:
Madison, Wisconsin is looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks crucial to the efficient operation of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You'll be an essential part of our logistics pipeline, ensuring that products are handled with care and that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety and teamwork in this dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
  • Stock shelves and storage locations accurately.
  • Pick items for customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing logistics, applying labels and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand warehouse documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent moderate Lifting throughout the shift.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic computer literacy is beneficial.
