We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our Grand Rapids, Michigan team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of our daily logistics operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role is vital for ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods through our facility. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to maintaining a safe working environment. You will be performing tasks that require physical stamina, including significant lifting and moving of materials. Attention to detail is crucial for accuracy in all assigned duties. A key part of this role is adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This is a hands-on position where your contributions directly impact our ability to serve our customers effectively. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Handle frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring safe practices.
