In this role, you will be essential in processing customer orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include picking products from inventory, packing them carefully for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. This position requires a commitment to efficiency, quality, and a strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
- Package products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and general warehouse area.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
- Be able to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of products up to 40 pounds.
- Support the overall Logistics and supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Capacity to stand, walk, and perform moderate Lifting throughout the shift. Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles. Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE . High school diploma or GED preferred. Team player with good communication skills.
