We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing logistics operations in Raleigh, NC. This position plays a vital role in overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will manage inventory levels, coordinate the receiving and dispatching of goods, and supervise warehouse staff. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing warehouse procedures, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse management systems. Experience with WMS software is highly desirable. You will lead by example in adhering to all safety standards, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems effectively is essential. This position involves significant physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, so a good level of fitness and proficiency in safe lifting techniques are required.
