We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency within our logistics operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our warehouse stock levels are precise and that our data is reliable. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management software. You will work closely with warehouse staff and management to identify and resolve inventory-related issues. The ability to interpret data and make recommendations for process improvements is highly valued. We adhere to strict safety standards and will provide all necessary PPE. While this role may involve some lifting and movement within the warehouse, the primary focus is on data management and analysis. Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is essential.
