We are looking for a mid-level Java Software Developer to join a small, collaborative team delivering a specialist SaaS platform to academic and commercial clients. You will contribute to the ongoing development, enhancement, and support of a complex web-based management system. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across the full stack, take ownership of features, and help improve system performance, stability, and scalability. Develop and maintain full-stack Java web applications Contribute to the design and implementation of new features Create and optimise database schemas and complex SQL queries Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborative planning Support releases, deployments, and CI/CD processes Commercial experience in Java development Strong JavaScript skills Experience with relational databases and SQL Understanding of Agile development practices AWS) Good Pension ~33 day annual leave + BH ~ Bonus
