*Overview*
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Acupuncturist, where your expertise will help patients achieve optimal wellness and pain relief through traditional Chinese medicine techniques. In this vital role, you will assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver safe, effective acupuncture therapies. Your passion for patient care and holistic healing will contribute to transforming lives and promoting overall health.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to determine suitability for acupuncture treatment.
* Develop individualized treatment plans targeting acute and chronic pain management, muscle tension, stress reduction, and other health concerns.
* Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile techniques and precise needle placement to ensure safety and efficacy.
* Utilize additional modalities such as trigger point therapy to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
* Educate patients on their conditions, treatment processes, and self-care strategies to support ongoing wellness.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment details, and clinical observations in compliance with healthcare standards.
* Ensure all procedures adhere to aseptic techniques and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety protocols.
*Experience*
* Certification in acupuncture from an accredited program with valid licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
* CPR Certification and BLS Certification to respond effectively in emergency situations.
* Proven experience in acute pain management, patient service, and delivering comprehensive patient care.
* Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and the principles of pain management.
* Hands-on experience with patient assessment techniques and physical examinations relevant to acupuncture therapy.
* Familiarity with aseptic techniques to prevent infections during treatments.
