Area Sales Manager
Location: Midlands
£55,000 - £60,000 OTE £100,000 plus Car allowance, iPhone, Laptop
25 days holiday plus BH, pension.
Due to our huge growth plans for 2024, we are looking to expand our sales team throughout the UK. We have been in the HVAC industry for over 40 years, and have grown from strength to strength, and are now looking to expand further. As specialists in selling Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, chillers and AHUs to contractors, end users, amongst others, we take great pride in giving the best possible service from start to finish, seeing out projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are kept within. In the past few years, a real emphasis has been put on renewables, and making our projects as energy efficient as possible.
The Role:
Mostly selling and quoting for Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Chillers and AHUs
Cradle to grave sales role.
The role is 50% selling and 50% account management.
Managing and maintaining existing customers
going through their existing database / CRM, winning back business.
Working out how to extend the equipments life span.
Site visits to clients
liaising with other teams, i.e. sales support, tech team.
Skills and Experience:
Must be a proven salesperson, within the HVAC industry
with figures to show this ideally.
A good understanding of chillers, AHUs and AC systems and ASHP.
Experienced with selling into contractors and end users.
Able to spec out appropriate equipment to order.
A good level of technical knowledge on the above systems.
Working towards KPIs
Confident doing site visits and the ability to do presentations to clients, and if needed the management team.
Being able to do efficient reports for management.
Good all-around IT skills.
